It is our aim and goal to provide quality service and to give tenants detailed information on every object, and also photos. Most of them do not come to Berlin to view apartments in advance. Therefore it is important to answer all questions - like distance to next U-Bahn station etc, in advance.
It is also important to us that landlords don't have to invest a lot of time when they want to rent an apartment. With our clients, you don't have to make lots of appointments for viewing a place. We take photos - up to 20 and sometimes more, and then the potential tenant gets a good idea.

- We find a tenant for your Furnished Apartment
We are rental agency which the best Google ranking internationally and we get a lot of requests for furnished flats throughout the year.
The rental period differs - from one month up to a year. We do not rent out flats on a weekly basis any more.
- Check of potential Tenants
We ask all tenants for their passport or ID number, full address, occupation and reason for coming to Berlin, as well as a credit card check.
- Professional Marketing of your Apartment
We take photographs of your object - up to 20 and sometimes more - and put exposes in English and German, with detailed information, online.
- Bilingual Rental Contract, which can be concluded online
If both parties agree on the rental, we provide bilingual rentall contracts, which can be concluded online. It is easy and convenient, and our contract have also been ckecked by a lawyer. It is always important, that everybody understands what has been arranged, and therefore a written contract is always useful.
We also give tips how the payment can be arranged so that it is convenient for both parties.
